Our unique Blocking Methods do not use heat which eliminates strain and therefore greatly reduces the possibility of breakage, chipping or loss of original surface flatness.

Sag Compensation: we have developed our own process of manufacturing a glass that Sags Flat. Depending upon the glass size, thickness and degree that occurs in the raw material, a measured convexity or concavity is machined onto each surface. With our four point Quality Assurance tests we evaluate room temperature, gauge weight and spring tension as a part of our inspection processes.

Diameters: Can grind and polish surfaces up to 70.000" x 120.000" with a unlimited thickness. Parallel tolerance of .005".

Rectangles: Can grind and polish surfaces to maxium of 70.000" x 120.000" with a unlimited thickness. Parallel tolerance .010".
